Something's just not right here.
You all remember Danny Almonte right? The little Dominican boy who pitched 70mph fastballs and a perfect game in the Little League World Series. Well, he's now married. Yes: m-a-r-r-i-e-d married. What the hell?
The word came from the NY Daily News who says that Almonte married Rosy Perdomo three months ago. Almonte hasn't even graduated high school yet. Oh yeah, his wife is also thirty years old. Almonte's only 19. Oh my…
It seems like just yesterday that Almonte was entering puberty. Now, here he is, married to a thirty year old woman. According to Danny, "she's special." Even Almonte's mother sees nothing wrong with this. According to her, "love has no age."
At least the entire Almonte family isn't crazy. Danny's cousin, Johira Taveras, said that "it was weird, but you have to accept it. Everybody was happy for them. He's a nice boy."
