WordPress.com lets you customize what theme you want to use for your blog, and after realizing that my previous theme looked a little "sky blue" instead of dark blue, I decided to switch to this one (its called Sapphire). It's a little cleaner looking, and maybe a little more boring, but it has one feature which I find pretty cool.
As you may have noticed, I categorize all my weblog entries. On the right side of the page, under the Categories section, you can see all the categories I have used. If you click a category, it will display all the posts I've made under that category. Simple enough.
However, this new theme has one new feature – clicking the category on the actual post (you'll see it right below the date) lets you browse all weblogs on WordPress.com that have also been categorized by that tag. So, for example, by clicking the Music category for the Nelly Furtado post I just made, you'll browse all blogs on WordPress.com that have also been categorized with "Music."
I guess it's just another way to completely waste your time, but it is a cool way to do so. Who knows, maybe you'll find another blog you'll want to frequent. If you do happen to find something cool, leave a comment and I'll check it out myself.
